Homemade Granola
Granola Ingredients:
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup hulled raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup hulled raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips
- 1 ¼ cup raw pecans, either whole or coarsely chopped
- ¾ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil ½ cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Granola Directions:
- Heat oven to 300°F degrees
- Mix all above ingredients into bowl
- Once mixed well place granola on baking sheet evenly
- Cook for 45 minutes. While in oven stir every 10-15 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Eat and Enjoy!
