Watermelon Mint Popsicles

Beat the heat with these deliciously refreshing popsicles! Packed with fruity goodness, they'll cool you off and quench your thirst. The best part? They're healthy and super easy to whip up. With just three simple ingredients: watermelon juice, lime juice, and fresh mint, there's no added sugar, no fake colors—just pure, natural yumminess!


Tip: Fresh juice really makes these watermelon popsicles taste like summer. Here are all the tools we used in this recipe:


Serving: 6


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon juice 
  • ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp mint, finely diced

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small pitcher. 
  2. Pour mixture into the silicone tray of the Mini Popsicle Maker to the fill lines.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove from the freezer and let thaw for a few minutes. If needed, run under water to loosen popsicles.
  5. When ready to eat, twist sticks and pull up. Enjoy!
